    tty – print the file name of the terminal connected to standard input  

    SYNOPSIS

    tty [OPTION]…  

    DESCRIPTION

    Print the file name of the terminal connected to standard input.

    -s, –silent, –quiet
    print nothing, only return an exit status
    –help
    display this help and exit
    –version
    output version information and exit
